Flexible Heating Services provides peace of mind for our valued local customers with comprehensive Boiler Care Plans, starting from just £8.50 including VAT per month. For less than 30p a day, you can count on us to be there for your family during heating emergencies.
We understand the importance of a warm home and the stress that heating or hot water problems can cause. Our affordable monthly plan includes priority attendance, offering invaluable reassurance and ensuring your family's comfort and well-being.
Care Plan Process
We make choosing the ideal care plan for your property simple. Planning in spring or early summer is recommended for homeowners to address any pre-winter needs.
We understand that homeowners and landlords have different needs. That's why we offer three affordable coverage levels - Basic, Standard, and Premium - each specifically designed to meet your requirements.
Following your initial enquiry, we'll schedule an engineer to inspect your boiler and heating system. We'll inform you of any necessary repairs before your care plan begins. Once your agreement is ready, we'll send it for your signature. Our care plans have a minimum 12-month term, starting with your first payment, and are reviewed annually to ensure they continue to offer the best coverage for your boiler's age and condition.

Standard
Items covered in plan:
- Boiler breakdowns
- Controls - thermostats, programmers and timers
- Central heating pump and valves
- Diverter valves and zone valves
Premium
Items covered in plan:
- Boiler breakdowns
- Radiators, manual radiator valves and thermostatically controlled valves
- Automatic air valves, pressure relief valves and expansion vessels when fitted with the boiler
- Pumps and pump valves
- Heating pipework (accessible)
- Controls including heating & water thermostats, programmer and motorised valves
- Hot water cylinders and their component parts (excludes pressurised hot water cylinders)
- Feed & expansion tank

What is included in our Care Plan packages?
- Domestic properties only
- New for old parts
- Newer, manufacturer-warrantied boilers installed by us can enjoy a £3 monthly saving on our Standard and Premium care plans
- Discounted rates on labour
- Preferential attention on jobs that aren't covered
- Guaranteed next day attendance for CARE PLAN customers
- No limits to the amount of call outs
- Free parts and labour on all boilers/systems/controls that are covered depending on the level of cover taken
What is excluded from our Care Plan packages?
- Commercial properties
- Removal of asbestos
- Customer inflicted accidental damage (i.e nailed pipes)
- Customer requested modifications to a previous installation
- Work required due to decorating / DIY
- Power flushing
- Damage caused by improper use
- Scale or hard water damage
- Electrical faults other than wiring we have carried out
- Burst pipes due to freezing with inadequate lagging that we haven't installed
- Remedial work to correct pre-existing system / design faults
- Regulation changes forcing remedial work, i.e hatches for flues in voids
- Damage to property resulting from a leak caused by failure of parts or components (only the parts that are damaged failed are covered)
